So happy I came to their service department. Mr. Phillip Richard and all the guys in the service department are top notch. I bought a slightly used Jeep Grand Cherokee from a dealership out of town (couple hours away), and I needed some issues to be fixed with the Jeep. These folks at Sterling in Jennings helped me out tremendously. Best experience I've had, trying to get the issue diagnosed and fixed. It really took some effort and they went above and beyond the help me out, even when they didn't really need to and other dealers wouldn't or couldn't.
