Horrible and very unprofessional behavior. The men sent to move me were great!! Everything in my apartment was moved but when it came to my dresser entertainment center and chest, these items were too heavy and could not be moved. The owner was call about these items but hung up in my face. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Just called in to get some information about moving expensive. The gentleman that answered the phone was very rude, interrupting me not letting me get a word in. I'm trying to explain to him about the boxes and the furniture I have. Gentleman made accusation about not trying to short change me. explained to him there no need to be disrespectful and rude he hung on me. VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!!!!

I called them and told them I was looking for an estimate on moving one bedroom worth of stuff. They told me it's $80 an hour so probably cost around $160 (since the drive to the new place is about 30 minutes).
I agreed to that and set up an appointment.
They arrived with 4 people (unnecessary for moving 1 bedroom worth of stuff) 30 minutes late to the scheduled time.
I signed the paper without reading it (big mistake) and after signing it I noticed at the bottom in small print it said 3.5 hour minimum charge.
So I had to pay $310 for them to move a bed, desk parts and some boxes for

I have visited this merchant a number of times n the past DECADE for safety inspections with no issues!
The owner is a senior citizen and like me has some aches and pains that render his socialization skills somewhat in remiss but my guess is he's just a good older person trying to make a living!
In my 83 years I as a Korean navy veteran (you can thank me for my service) I have found out that if you stay calm around anguished folks they too will calm down and not consider YOU a non-threat!

If i can submit zero stars i would!! the owner doesn't deserve the title of a business man, his a con-artist at its finest!
he does not give you accurate pricing for his services and often bamboozles clients when it's time to pay by trumping up travel costs and other hidden expenses. what is most unfair is that the movers have to deal with the clients anger and utter shock because the owner doesn't explain the hidden charges beforehand.
this is not the company to expect trustworthy service.
oh! not only that but he is very disrespectful towards customers. he will talk dirty

The morning of the move I called them at 7:45 Am to verify them to verify that they had the correct address. They were supposed to arrive @ 8 AM. They didn't arrive until 8:45.
