Hired them to install new water heater. The tech who did install forgot to turn power to unit back on and left floors a dirty mess( no booties). Then the scale from pressurizing new heater blew into kitchen hot water line causing loss of pressure. I was charged another service call for them to fix that issue. In the process of that call the tech broke my drain pipe causing a huge leak and another service call to fix. When I contacted them regarding the additional charges (over $200) Rocky got defensive and ended up hanging up on me. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They are clearly more concerned
