I called to get an estimate for a room addition, the appointment was set for 9 am On 9/30/20 and by 9:38 am no one had showed up, so I called and got a voice mail, I left a voicemail asking if he was still coming and by 10:30 am I still had not heard back. I am very disappointed with the customer service and that I had to take time off from work and no one bothered to show up or call!
