I was really looking forward to purchasing lights for our new home but the energy we felt in this place made us walk out. We walked in and the lady at the desk who was helping another lady, didn't not even acknowledge us. There was another older guy who watched us for a bit. We were probably walking around for 5 minutes before he asked us if we needed anything. He was watching us as if we were going to take something. Another guy who looked as if he was putting tags on didn't even look at us. We are new to the area and not your average looking Redding resident. I can't help but

I wanted to buy from a local company rather than online or from a big box store. Help in the store was great. Item ordered. Was told item would arrive in four weeks. After 6 weeks, I called and was informed item was not available. Ordered the item in a different finish. Again waited for a call. Never got a call. Had to follow up. HORRIBLE service after the sale. Surprised this place is still in business. I will Never buy from here again.

I had purchased a lamp on line. After my husband put it together, it didn't work. Didn't want to box it back up and ship it back. I reached out to Biggins Lightning and spoke to Gary. He was so helpful. He suggested a few possible fixes. No luck. We brought the lamp in and Gary fixed it right up for a very reasonable price. Would recommend them to everyone and just as a bonus, their showroom is beautiful!

I know almost everyone works during the week, mostly from 0800 too 1700hrs. Oddly enough that is when Biggins is open. Therefore I have found all I need for lighting, fans etc. at Lowes. Since being frustrated by Biggins hours, I suggest you go to the local big box stores. It is obvious Biggins is not interested in meeting the needs of the working people in Redding.

The service I got at Biggins Lighting was wonderful. The staff was great. Took a touch light lamp that was special to me in there. Kept having problems with not working right and they worked on it until it was fixed. I'm one of their biggest fans now. No pun taken. Lol. Thank you Biggins Lighting for your services.

I outfitted my entire home 2 years ago (new construction) and really liked the service we received. Their selection is incredible, plus they have great knowledge and really helped make the decisions easier. Prices were even comparable to a big box store, once you factor in a volume discount.
