They sold the lot out from under us.
We had a consultation with Jason on December 15th for the last lot available in the Bevan Estates. Lot 130. We had told Jason we for sure wanted the lot and could have the $7,000 check cut for the down payment within the hour. He told us he had met his quota for the month and we would have to wait until January 1st to sign paperwork, but that the lot was ours.
We decided on the Saddlewood, but Jason quickly let us know the lot next to us had chosen that design and asked if we’d consider another model. We asked if there was any way to customize the layout

Warranty department is very slow to respond to warranty and to get repairs done. Often times they mark them complete without the repair or fix even being completed. They also call and want to argue about whether or not it truly is a warrantable item. I have had nothing but horrible experiences with needing anything inside my home fixed within the year after moving in. I have had to wait over 5-6 months for repairs to get done. After paying a pretty penny to build home you would hope that service and repairs would be done a lot faster and with better customer service. I was once told I was being

We spent several weeks working with Visionary Homes and encountered nothing but inconsistencies. We were quoted the wrong base prices of our home like almost 100k wrong, and then they told us that we could not make ANY changes because they are now under a computer system. So it’s probably a modular home floor plan in a box. They will NOT remove a simple wall for more space in the kitchen although they have done it before…The master bath comes with only ONE sink? Who does that in a Master bath? To add a normal 2nd sink in the masters they charge a unheard of fee of $850. Probably MORE now

Terrible building experience with Visionary Homes. Nothing but lies and excuses, blames their subcontractors and suppliers for everything. They don’t know how to schedule a project. Don’t believe any construction time table they give you; it’ll take 9-12 months to build your house - dig to close. They void your warranty if you leave any negative comments - question the integrity of a company if they fear your opinion.

My wife and I just closed on our Woodmore Pointe Townhome and couldn’t be happier. Amazing experience from start to finish including our initial interaction with Cade over the phone. Cade was extremely helpful and professional and directed us to Zak who was our New home specialist. Zak did an incredible job and went above and beyond for us answering all of our questions very quickly, and even FaceTiming us on command during the construction of our home while we were out of state. Then came move-in time and we were blown away by how helpful our superintendent was. Spencer Knowles was unbelievable

I built with Visionary last June and they made the experience a lot easier than I thought it would be. I had great help getting things laid out & designed within my budget. I was kept informed during the building process. The warranty team were also great and communicated well with me to take care of warranty issues. While I don't intend to build another home, I was referred to Visionary and will refer them to others as well. Thank you for making an exciting and stressful goal of mine attainable and manageable.

I have been in my home for almost a year and had a couple of small issues that I needed addressed. I emailed Visionary and they were very quick to acknowledge my email and set up a time for someone to come out. One day later...Mike and Houston were at my home addressing my concerns. They were very professional, prompt, clean, and most of all..very personable. They made me feel like they genuinely cared for me as a person. Not just another customer or a job ticket. Mike and Houston are a definite asset to Visionary Homes! Thank you so much for sending them!

We bought a home with Visionary in Dec. It was a spec home sorry didn't get to choose any upgrades to the home which was fine since the home came out with so many beautiful upgrades already. We love our home. We just move here to Utah from Virginia, due to my husband retiring from the Air Force after 25 years of service. I accepted a job at Hill afb. When we moved in we noticed that there was some pieces missing on the steps from the garage going into the home. I have contacted Sean our contractor many times since we moved in at the end of December to have it fixed. It has now been 2 months and
