Our family is super pleased with our cleaned carpets looking new again. Aged pet stains were diligently identified and treated as well as all of the usual family stains of a busy household. Clifford did a great job. We had s spot from our cat that needed extra attention. He spent extra time on it and really worked at it. He was very thorough and explained everything he did. We were very impressed and will use them again.

10/10 for Chem-Dry! We recently purchased a home that had significant pet waste, which horrified me. Chem-Dry made the carpets look and smell new again. I’m so happy I couldn’t believe they could improve the quality so significantly. I 100% recommend Chem-Dry. Cliff was so easy to work with as well. He came early and got e job done quickly. Cliff came over and done a traffic and pet riddled living room and hallway and a set of stairs that in my opinion was beyond help! Between the cost, punctuality, and his drive to provide a extremely good quality of service I am 100% satisfied in the service in which he provides! I will never rent another RUG DOCTOR, ever! I thought that the service was very good. I didn’t have to wait long, more than a few days before they were able to come. Also when I called and left a message they return the message quickly. My carpet looks better than it has in quite a while. I really appreciate the work that Cliff did.

I paid a little extra for the PURT application to remove any animal odors and stains. It was well worth the money. I appreciated that it is guaranteed to work. He called a few days later to ensure everything was still satisfactory. I would recommend Chem-Dry and will use them again in the future.
