Worst customer service ever! Barry, one of the sales reps told us we had to tear out tile in the bathroom and remove part of the front of our house... when the installers showed up they told us Barry had done that kind of stuff before. When we called Don's Windows about the issues, Theresa who I believe is one of the owners was insanely rude and even hung up on me. When my husband went in to talk to her about it, she blamed everyone else for the issues. It's been a few months and so far the product is pretty good. Unfortunately the people are hateful and incompetent!

I would give them zero stars if I could! Rudest people ever! 4 years ago the instillation guys were very nice and professional (I guess that can be what the one star is for) although the lady that came before them mis-measured the windows and then said it was due to our house settling (turns out she is the wife of the owner). My husband (a wood worker) had to make spacers to make the windows fit or else they would have had to remake the windows and we would have had to wait.

In 2017 I purchased 7 windows from Don's Windows & Doors. Problems included (1) Screens that are difficult and/or impossible to reinstall after removing to clean. (2) Two windows leaking damaging the inside plaster and paint. I would have to wait weeks if not longer to get someone to come out. Was told each time it was not the windows or the installation causing the problems. Basically, it was my inability to rehang the screens. The leaking was caused by the vigas above the windows. Never once, in over 24 years, since the house was built was there a leaking problem caused by the vigas

We bought 8 windows from Don's and were very happy with how they looked but this past month after some heavy rains the windows leaked on the inside on the sills! Don's said it was cracks in the stucco but another older window exposed to the same elements did not leak! We think they did not seal the window well during installation and used poor chaulking. Then they charged us 80$ for a service call to re-chaulk the top of the windows! Very disappointed in Don's!

I initially was working with one of the sales person (Barry Adams) on windows. I sent him a list of window questions to answer via e-mail and in writing. He proceeded to call me and give me answers over the phone and was very rude and interrupted me constantly and told me that he was busy with customers on the floor, short handed, had a doctor's appt., etc., which was not my concern or problem. I never received his response to any of my window questions to this day. I did receive the warranty but it did not come from his e-mail address.

We used Don’s for new construction in 2018. The windows re the home’s main feature and we chose them after MUCH research. You can see one picture here. They were so professional and when one thing was missing they made it available immediately. I think they may have been our favorite supplier/contractor out of the whole job, which overall went smoothly.
Since they did not do French doors, we got one elsewhere and the difference in quality between that and Don’s Jazz slider is just incredibly obvious. We regret not just putting sliders everywhere and may even replace the French door, since

So far, Don's is a pleasure to do business with. Don helped us when we arrived at the showroom. Our big concern with window replacement is to obey fire code safety. Egress windows were not a concern to the many companies that we chose to interview. We did however find two companies that did care. We decided on casement windows to meet the required code with the help of two companies. What finally swayed us to Don's Windows was the quality of the casement window (and the quality of ALL windows). I ordered 3 windows. My HOA will not allow white ones to be installed. My windows were not manufactured yet when I informed Dons. I had already paid. They will not even issue a partial refund. Don't use this greedy company. They should be ashamed to be a local company. They've passed the buck and won't explain their position. I should have read the reviews first. I will be on a mission to make sure no one goes through what I did with them.

I've used dons Windows the last 5 years for rental properties and for 4 Windows at my house. All Windows were put in beautifully and all are working great. The double slider window they installed in my bedroom is wonderful esp during summer nights. This company is a literal mom and pop shop owned by a nice husband and wife team that's been in business 30years in New Mexico. They manufacture each window themselves. Friendly, experienced and a local mom n pop business=no brainer. I'll always use them for my window and door needs. Support local business!

Rude Supervisor
The Continental Arms Apartments is replacing some of the single pane aluminum windows with new double pane vinyl windows. Moving everything in my cluttered bedroom 2 feet from the window in my bedroom was a little inconvenient but I got the installers the room they wanted. The Problem was that the guy who removed the old window was too short to reach the Mini blind in the window and didn't have a step stool. He broke the working Mini Blind that blocks the glaring morning sun. When I reported it to the property manager she said to tell the supervisor from Don's Windows
