Thought this company did a great job communicating. Had a couple of delays due to marking the utilities, but this was during a rainy period and not on their end. Their team communicated and executed extremely well. William was the young man on the stump grinder and I was impressed by his professionalism at a younger age. 10/10 for me.

I googled stump removal and came up with a few options. I called for an estimate from him as well as the others and not only did he come to do the estimate quickly ... He was able to do the work right away! I think knowing what I know now, he would be worth waiting for even if his schedule wasn't immediately open. He has well maintained equipment in a variety of sizes making it easy to do both large or small jobs. I will be recommending him highly to everyone I know as he did an excellent job for a price that was more than fair. I'm thrilled! 😊

This company is awesome. Mr. Sanders is so sweet and courteous and he called me back right away every time I called him. I asked him tons of questions and he answered all of them patiently. Jarod came out to do the job and he was 30 minutes early which worked great for my schedule and he was super professional and friendly. Did a great job and I am soooo glad we didn't try to DIY this job lol it was quite scary looking!! But they have efficient machines and all the safety equipment you need. I watched from a distance and it was neat.

Justin came to my door to let me know he was there and ready to start the work. He seemed very young but had a firm handshake and was extremely professional and confident. He explained how the job works and discussed some options with me. He did an excellent job and cleaned up the work site (in short order too).

I recently cut down a diseased tree in my yard that was dying and had toyed with the idea of renting a stump grinder myself to finish out the job. I did some searching on Google and found R & J Stump Removal and saw it was run locally by a Fire Fighter. I called Rick and he sent out his crew same day and knocked it out fast and did a fine job for half the cost it would have cost me to do it myself. Rick Sanderson called me promptly after inquiring on their website, and their price was better than anyone else I found. Rick was very polite and easy to work with. I had someone out the next day to grind to stumps and haul away all the chips. The person who came out to do the work was very friendly and left my yard very clean. I couldn't recommend R&J Stump Removal more!
