This guy Kieth went above and beyond for me. I called him with an issue I had with my Aqua Balance combi boiler. Most people are in a rush. This guy spent a good 25 minutes on the phone with discussing the unit. He had me take pictures of the unit so he could look it over. He knows the ins and outs of this complex unit so I can only imagine how effective he is on a simpler boiler. Above and beyond. Extremely thankful. Need help, get in touch with Keith.

At the moment all I can say is that Keith returned my call for help and in the process graciously provided a complete and candid technical summary of what the problems might be with my ductless air conditioner - wish I'd taken notes, but now I know that the previous repairs were bandaids - I hope he can find time for us (this is as far as I go in social media) D.
