It was absolutely a wonderful experience from A to Z, Sammy and his team made my kitchen upgrade seems so seamless, from designing the kitchen and picking up the material to removing the old kitchen and getting the demo work done, on time delivery and installation, top notch installers and great after installation service. Pro flooring is the total package. Great products, very competitive pricing. Their crews are true artisans. Attention to every detail. For us they did shower but he does more. Total remodels if needed or new construction. they are great at communication and making sure during the process that everything you want is being done. I highly recommend pro flooring.

The new countertop project was the best home project I have experienced. The installers and his companion, were super nice, and well prepared. The measurement process was astonishing. He was able to accommodate an uneven wall, and leave no gap between the counter top and the walls. The scheduling was top notch and he kept us informed each step of the way. I really thank them, and in the end, we have beautiful counter tops. What a great job I wish they all went so well.

Pro flooring did an excellent job on our new home. The installers were excellent, thorough, clean, and courteous.The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. What we love most is the finished product. Everyone was polite, engaging and easy to talk .This is the third time we have used Pro flooring and will use them again.

I had the best experience with Pro flooring to install my wooden vinyl floors for my beautiful new kitchen! I’m so happy with how it turned out I absolutely love walking in my kitchen every day! Their customer service is also beyond wonderful and so insightful. I had several concerns and questions regarding what material/ flooring I wanted for my kitchen. They took the time to really help me get what I want! I couldn’t be happier!! My wooden floor looks stunning and soo luxurious! Thank you pro flooring for turning my kitchen into a dream!

Pro Flooring did a decent job, but the third party installers they use left something to be desired:
1) they poked three holes in our laminate flooring (reimbursed us $300)
2) the sink dropped out because they had not installed brackets to reinforce the glue
3) the stove is pinched on both sides by the granite
4) they anchored my dishwasher with DUCT TAPE (!) instead of the proper brackets
Bottom line, the wife loves her countertops, but unfortunately the third party installers from Irving were less than professional....

Used them for my wood floors, my contract clearly had which wood goes where, this did not happen. Well an install later the darker wood was supposed to go on my office floors and lighter wood on the middle floor matching the wood rails and kitchen cabinets. This is a late post Alex did not do anything to correct the problem and I'm stuck with unmatching colors.

Disorganized and unprofessional. Took over a month to do a simple remodel of bathroom. Tile guy broke the tub then quit during the job. Over priced painter. This company needs to stick with Floors not remodeling. Save your money and cut the middleman and go directly to contractors yourself. All reputable plumbers, Tile and painters should be bonded and insured through their own business. All they do is subcontract it out and then mark it up by 50 percent. Don't be fooled. Their contractors are not full time employees of the company.

My husband and I got are floors done with these guys and had a good experience. Alex was very helpful and kind to us. He made sure we got what we want for the best price. It took about 2 weeks till we got the floors from the time we ordered them, which is pretty fast. Overall good experience with professional help! Thanks Alex for taking care of us.

They provided a fair deal. It is a complicated process of purchasing granite. We had them do our bathroom vanity top in marble and was very pleased with the install so we went back for our kitchen countertops. After getting the quote they send you down to dallas to look at the slabs of granite at their warehouse, when we got there they didn't have the correct slab so they sent us to another warehouse where we spotted a granite that was a higher priced but we were willing to pay for what we wanted.

These guys know what they are doing, they did a beautiful job on my solid wood and carpet. I shopped them and considering the quality of their work, they are priced very competitively and their installers are great and their installation department will take care of any problem promptly. Buy there and see for yourself.
