Wish I would've read reviews and looked at other companies before attempting to use American Fence. After multiple phone calls and being told they would come out and give us an estimate for our neighbors corner post my husband damaged. We have yet to see an estimate or get a phone call back even after going personally in to their office and speaking to a gentleman in the office that is manager/rep over a different territory. Said he would give our info again to the Grand Island rep and also Megan as well and still after another week and a half of no contact. I called back and got an attitude from

This company replaced our neighbors wooden fence with a vinyl one. It looks really nice, HOWEVER, when they were taking down the old wooden fence, they cut the bolt that we had connecting two of our own metal gates. Pretty disappointed as after they did this they did nothing to repair their mistake. Now that covid has settled down we spent our money to fix their damage and along with our time in installing new post. Besides what they did to our fence our neighbors fence look great.

Amazing service. Had a 6 foot privacy fence put in over 3 years ago by American fence. Our dogs had caused some damage and I called for an estimate. They came out and replaced boards and fixed our gate free of charge. Extremely professional every time we have worked with them. Thank you so much for taking care of us!!

Great job of installation, a custom built privacy fence. However, gate post broke after a couple of years. I dug it out and it was obvious they used a post from another project where they had routered out holes for line rails. OK, no big deal, figure I'll call them and they'll make it right. They want to charge $500 to fix their error. I don't think so. So, buyer beware, you will get a good looking fence but they wont stand by their work.

Ordered our fence in mid-April. Sales staff says it will take 6 to 8 weeks. It's July 15 and they say it will be here July 21. So far, that's 3 months. My husband paid upfront (I wouldn't recommend ever doing that!) so we have no leverage to get anything done. Our dogs have been kept inside all summer but they don't care.
