I was over 30 minutes late from the scheduled time due to problems with the uhaul. They waited for me and even shoveled the snow to make a pathway to my new place. They were quick to unload. Awesome service!

I scheduled a move with them for 12/19 at 10am...A week in advance. On the phone and through text. I call them at 10:30 to see where they are and they said the secretary never scheduled anything. Wow. Very unprofessional and a total waste of time.

Booked through UHaul. Provider was a No-Show which resulted in late fees for myself. Provided repeatedly stated they were enroute but no team ever showed up. Finally, they stopped answering voicemails and texts seeking clarification.
