Floor'd Concepts has the nicest showroom in town, by far. They are really easy to work with, and they have so much more than just flooring! From tile, hardwood, cabinets, countertops, etc., you name it and they have it. The staff is amazing, and they really help cater to the customer's wants and needs. Great installers and designers!

I had a terrible experience with Floord. We chose new carpet and luxury vinyl tile to have them install. They gave us an install date 3 weeks from when I paid since the product was in stock.
I removed the old floor and then a couple days before the installation they said the product was not in stock. I waited over a month while calling them often to see if the product had a arrived yet. I was living on just the subfloor during this time. They finally gave me a new install date a month and a half after the original one. The installers arrived, but only had enough tiles to do half the job and didn

I needed a stair nose board repair and contacted Floor’d. There were some communication/follow up problems but nothing more effort on my part wouldn’t have solved. The craftsman they sent did excellent work, from the tear down to clean up, I have no complaints. The job was small, but he didn’t rush or cut corners and I am very satisfied.

I’ve worked with Floor’d on a few different occasions. I purchased tile for my master bathroom, guest bathroom, and kitchen backsplash. Each time the staff at Floor’d help me make the right selection on tile type, color, and size. Being a DIYer, I appreciated the advice I received from the sales team that have installation experience. Little things like grout and profile recommendations helped make my installs easier. Will be using them for my carpet installation in the near future!

We had a great experience working with Floor’d! We visited another local flooring place first and in the time it took the other place to schedule to come out and measure, Floor’d measured, sent us a quote, and booked us an install date. Super impressed with their quick response!

Absolutely horrible service and very disappointed in the lack of respect this company has for its customers. We are interested in ripping out the carpet in our living room and replacing with hardwood that matches our existing floor in our open concept kitchen/dining room and our homebuilder directed me to Floor'd since they are the company that installed the floors when our house was built 4 years ago. When I called for a quote, they wouldn't let me just email the floor plan (which clearly lists the dimensions of the room)…they wanted someone to come out and measure the area themselves. Fine

From the moment I walked in, I felt valued as a customer. Saegan was wonderful to work with and patiently walked me through the process of new countertops and backsplash in our kitchen. She provided thoughtful suggestions and the end result is amazing. I love my new kitchen and will use Floor'd again when it's time to remodel our bathrooms.
