Technician, Michael and office staff, Candy, we're very helpful and professional when my A/C went out. Michael responded quickly to my home and temporarily adjusted the a/c until the new part was received the next day. They also verified that the warranty, which I didn't even realize I had, was still in effect and covered all the costs of the parts and labor. Previous repair businesses hadn't even attempt to verify coverage. Emerald Air saved me a lot of money and I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them to others. Thank you again.

Had two great experiences with Emerald Air. In the past I have dealt with unethical businesses so am slow to trust. The owner Chris went out of his way to call me after the work was done, to make sure I was happy. I did not even request that he do that. It shows that customer satisfaction is extremely important to them. I have 4 other friends that have used them and are happy as well.

I can’t recommend this company enough! Jeff, the technician came out on a Saturday and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Above all else, this company is HONEST! We previously had someone come out and tell us our system was out of Freon, had major leaks and we needed to put in a whole new unit.
Jeff checked our unit, it was full of Freon, just needed the capacitor changed. This company is honest, punctual and professional- give them a call!

My HVAC unit needed to be replace in September 2015. I researched companies online and chose Emerald Air Services to get a quote from based on the good reviews and a BBB search. I called and spoke to Tracy who was so helpful. She worked with my condo rental company to schedule the initial assessment and then coordinated all the installation scheduling. Their quote was right in line with the market. Tracy kept me up to date by email of the progress and even sent me pictures of my new unit. I highly recommend Emerald Air Services. Very knowledgeable and answered all my question throughly.
