Everything about my experience with Economy Auto Service in Mechanic Falls exceeded my expectations for an auto mechanics shop! I had emergency auto repair needed arise on Monday morning.
Not only did employee "Larry" answer phone call before 8 am, but he was very friendly and helped explain everything thoroughly over the phone prior to my appointment and answered any questions I had. I arrived and was offered water by the very nice lady that works at the front desk (I apologize I did not get her name). Owner "Brian" walked out to my vehicle and made sure any questions were answered prior to them

Excellent! This was my second time going to Economy Auto Service. They are very busy and I can see why. They took the time to explain exactly what needs to be done once they've looked at it. The job was done on time, both times, that I've needed their services. They are both, professional and friendly. It's nice to feel confident when I need repairs and not feel taken advantage of. They kept in touch with me through the entire process. I recommend them 100%.

Brian is the best and most honest mechanic you will find. I once had a 98 honda civic that would have cost me 1500 to get it road worthy. He said "As much as id love to fix it for you it wouldnt be worth it for you to keep it. It would end up being a money pit for you." He puts the needs of his customers always above his own and always looks out for their best interest. He is a great guy and a great mechanic.
