Terrible experience from start to finish. We ordered a custom sized vanity, they estimated a 6-8 week lead time, we agreed to that. The first one arrived in the states with termites and was rejected at the port. 8 weeks after that, the next one showed up and was stored at their warehouse just outside the city. They didn't deliver it for another 2… months after that and only because I called them constantly until they scheduled a delivery.
When I finally got it, the backsplashes were the wrong size, the countertop was the wrong size and shape and was also missing the drain/faucet holes. Our

Very unprofessional owners, poor communication. They make many commitments but deliver none. Our custom kitchen renovations started oct 2020 (order placed july2020), sadly, its been a year and the work has not been completed. Lots of unfinished work, they promised to fix things and complete the kitchen project and became unresponsive at first, then promised to get it done and then backed out and become unresponsive again!!! We’ve lost a lot of money working with them. We’ve tried reaching out to them via social media as well as phone/emails.

We cannot recommend this company enough. We ran into an issue (for the 3rd time) with a different company we ordered our vanity from originally. No one could get one to us for at least 3 weeks. We needed a vanity ASAP. We visited them on Tuesday and it was delivered by Friday. They cut the countertop on site and managed to find sinks during a shortage. Even though their delivery schedule was booked, they still made time to have it personally delivered. Thank you for going above and beyond. We will definitely use them in future projects.

Tolga was so knowledgeable and trustworthy I ordered one bathroom vanity from him, picked out the top sight unseen. He ordered another bathroom vanity for me from another manufacturer and he cut the top sight unseen for that one. He delivered one vanity and two tops while the second vanity was being shipped. All came without any problems and… from what we can tell from the photos, tops fit and were installed without a hitch.
