**Update as of March 2021**
We originally found this company through American Home Shield. Flash Garage Door sent out a technician, who determined our springs were not covered by the warranty and we would need to pay out of pocket to replace them. We ended up purchasing a new door and tracks, but leaving the existing garage door casing.
About 6… months later, the remaining garage casing caused the door to fall off the tracks. We were able to work together with Flash’s Owner, Eric, to come up with a solution to get us a working garage again and are happy with how fast he was able to

All I needed was the sensors replaced but no they come out twice and do different things that DO NOT solve the issue. I called someone else and they replaced the sensors and the garage door opener has worked no matter the time of day. They had me convinced that it was the sun that was causing the issue however it was the sensors malfunctioning. Parking in the garage for me is a safety issue and always park in the garage. Even if I have to do it manually. After hand surgery this became very difficult. I don't recommend this group.

I have to agree with the other reviewers! Normally the businesses and tech's that American Home Shield sends out are the worst! You usually get a nasty receptionist scheduling you and then a tech that's mean and doesn't know what they're doing. HOWEVER, this was completely NOT the case with Flash! The spring snapped on our garage door and we called… American Home Shield on Friday afternoon, Flash contacted us within 15 minutes of submitting our issue and would've scheduled us for Monday if we didn't have a previous engagement - so we set it for Tuesday. Words can't even begin to describe the horrible job this company did. The power source for the wires is based out of our attic. I told the employee two or three different times to make sure to only walk on the support beams and what does he do as soon as he gets up there? Walks on the sheet rock of our attic and of course, doe NOT walk on the… rafters and now there is a huge whole in my attic. He started to act sketchy and said there was no reason to contact his supervisor/manager about the issue and said he had a "buddy" that could fix it on the side. I told him absolutely not, we would
