I am very happy with my elite leather couches and chairs I purchased in 2006 they still look great, clean lines contemporary and comfortable, I would even say high quality.
I just purchased 2 Elite leather 5000 series for the main living area of my new home I just had built. There wasn't a 5000 series available for me to sit on within 500 miles., but I had faith and wanted to purchase because they looked great and my previous purchase was perfect.
Needless to say, within a week the movable headrest (moves when you recline) broke loose and doesn't sit even with the next one. They sent

My husband and I bought a leather sectional ( I believe style Century City) and storage ottoman from Elite less in 2012. We received the furniture in April 2012. At the time I couldn't fine online reviews for Elite so I went under the assumption you get what you pay for. We are not happy at all with how this furniture is performing. The cushions are uneven and sag. The corner cushions sit lower than the others. The top cushions are all misshapen. This all began within the first year and continues to worsen. After about 18 months I contacted Elite and they said to work thru the dealer

Elite may say they offer a great warranty and they stand behind their products, but beware - they do not warranty the leather on their sofas at all! I bought a couch from them with full analine leather in April of 2015. By December of 2015, the piping on one of the cushions had worn through (it was fuzzy rather than smooth). Other corners were starting to wear as well. It is just me and my husband and we're 50+. We are not hard on our furniture at all (we have another 20 year old leather couch that looks better than the Elite sofa!). I believe the problem had to be related to a defect in

I purchased a pair of 'Echo Park' matching love seats. Leather with down filled cushions. We have had them for nearly 2 years and every day one of us comments how very comfortable they are. I am COMPLETELY happy with my purchase. We feel the price was reasonable for the great quality. We also have 3 dogs. One over 85lbs. They live on these love seats and the leather still looks like new.

Unfortunately, there is no way I could ever recommend this company. I purchased a leather sectional which cost over $12k at Bloomingdales (but I ordered through NC furniture and paid $4k) and in less than a year one of the back pillows that is attached to the back of the couch ripped. We literally sat on this couch less than a dozen times (it's in our living room - not our frequently used den). I contacted them multiple times and when I finally got them to respond, they said based on the picture they thought it was from wear and tear. I asked for help in finding a repair shop and they

I was given a full refund by Eurofurniture after they heard my concerns... Very nice - not sure how much hand of EliteLeather was there but nonetheless.
It surely does not change the fact that cushion material could be better - I am looking now only at German coil-springs encased in foam type construction...

We have a complete front room of these couches/love seats and storage unit. Over the years I have called /emailed about the problems we have had with these couches without a complete remedy.
Just called customer service this time to find that the original person I emailed/spoke to in the past, is not the person that I reported my dissatisfaction to this time. -no record of our past complaints. :/ - to me this means that issues with our couches do not carry as much validity.
Before, I could not even speak to a person.. Just sent an email to Elite.com, then got a call from

I can't believe I'm the first review for elite leather. This family owned company gives amazing service, has a huge selection of sofas, sectionals, and recliners, and are very competitively priced with all of the other big named stores.
On a side note, I work at a medical Imaging Center in Newport Beach, CA and we have a quiet room for some of our patients that now has a pair of the most beautiful leather recliners from Elite Leather which were DONATED TO US! Newport Beach is a pretty well-to-do city with an affluent demographic, and all the people who see these chairs go GA GA over
