Founder and President, Julio Pessoa, started working in the road construction industry when he immigrated to the US from Portugal in 1974 at the age of 24. Chasing the American Dream, Mr. Pessoa began working as a laborer then became a concrete finisher eventually working as an operator. On the weekends, Mr. Pessoa also had a side business where he did residential driveways and concrete work.
