Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Got service set up, they missed the first date due to a truck breaking down but came that Saturday to treat my lawn. That was in April. 3 months later and I haven’t heard from them. Not sure what is going on, most services do 8-9 treatments a year. Guess I’m going to find another service.
