Today, One Two Tree came to service our home. An ant infestation was discovered and expertly dealt with.
Danny, from the pest control division was alert, fastidious and expert in his discovery, diagnosis and treatment of the problem. He was understanding and kind in explaining our problem and greatly impressed us with his demeanor.

I've use this company's services in the past and needed an updated estimate. On October12 the sales representative came out damaged my gate by forcing it to pull out when he was supposed to push in. His arrogant explanation was first I'm a retire Engineer and I know how the gate should open. Next he said he didn't damage the gate, someone else must have done it. He left the quote and said contact me whether you decide to use the services or not so on October 18 I advised him that I was not going to use there services and how can he was going to fix my fence. No response until I contacted the office

I received a call the other day after using this company for over a year saying they no longer service Port Saint Lucie. They told me people were sick and they didn’t have man power to keep my area. First time they came they burnt my yard so I figured mistakes happen kept them still had weed issues meaning I pulled the weeds but I thought it may take a little time like a year or so to get it right. Then out of the blue I received my call saying they can’t service my area which is near Port Saint Lucie Blvd pretty much near everything. So if I recommended them to you before forgive me

Started getting the service of Onetwotree because of some major lawn problems. Meanwhile some of my trees are being taken care of as well.
After regular treatments my grass is looking beautiful. My trees survived some disease and are growing nicely now thanks to the experts. These are very professional and dedicated people. They definitely know what they are doing. I am a very satisfied customer since 2017.

We are a repeat customer and use One Two Tree for tree trimming and pruning for all of our huge oak trees. They brought multiple crews that were able to complete the job within the day. We asked them to keep most of the canopy and just to thin out the branches to allow wind to go through. The crew was respectful, polite, and efficient. Rick is a professional operations manger and responds quickly via text or email. We will use One Two Tree again in the future. Thank you.

For lawn service there is only one company to call. I have used several lawn services through the years and none come even close for service.
Alejandro serviced the lawn for weeds, fungus, chinch bugs without me even asking and then he fertilized. He was polite, professional and thorough. My appreciation to him, and I HIGHLY recommend One Two Tree for lawn care.

Hired them to trim a very large Bischofia tree in my Miami West Kendall home. Rick would periodically sent me emails informing me of my expected schedule or any delays. Very professional staff in the office and crew on the ground. After the job was completed, they made sure all debris were picked up and left my yard nice and clean. Will definitely hire them again.

Great job by the crew. They showed up on time with a larger crew, as rain was forecasted. They moved all our personal items out of the way to avoid damage. They did an excellent job of trimming back the trees and hauled away all the debris. There was not a single leaf or branch left for us to clean. And the driveway where they used the chipper was spotless as well.
Can't say the same for the FPL crew that came out earlier in the summer. Those guys broke our light fixtures and left a pile of debris that we needed to clean.

We have been using One Two Tree for several years for annual tree cutting/trimming. They are wonderful! The estimate is fair, the job is executed by a professional team, and they clean up after themselves. Rick is super communicative and responsive. I don't like to put bad reviews but the customer service here is very bad, and I hope someone form the management department contact me , I won't write my history, Because is too long and I preferred to speak with someone that is not the customer service or they service arrangements girl.
Sometimes time the employees make you look bad and all your efforts are destroyed because they don't treat customers the way you will do or you think will be.

MAYBE they are good at trimming trees.....but as far as lawn weeds and pests or fungus, they seem to be clueless or just don't care. They kept saying it takes time. Well, one year later, my lawn is worse than when they started. And even worse than the actual lawn care is their customer service.
When I called to say it seems service was due, they said my contract was up and sorry, too late, so they got a pass to walk away from a yard that they couldn't get right. Plus, ignored my email.
Ugh, so disappointed. Wish I could do NO stars.

After several years of excellent work, I decided to switch to the gardener who promised the same care at a lower price. MISTAKE! sure enough the white flies spiraled back into the picture.

Horrible service, condescending employees and ridiculous prices. After being a customer for some time I was insulted and threatened with a non-existent termination fee by an employee. I wrote and called management and was told by an employee a manager would call me upon returning from a business trip. Not surprisingly no one ever called. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

One Two Tree is fantastic.
When we bought our home, we knew we would be needing a tree removal service, but didn't know how soon.. there were 2 Royal Palms literally a few inches from our roof, and these palms towered high at 50 and 60 feet tall. Our concern was the fronds falling on and killing a child; falling from that height they have a lot of power. There was also a beautiful Royal Poinciana in the front less than a foot from our driveway (whose roots quickly started lifting our driveway).
Occasionally I would hear big thunks on the roof and wonder "what the heck?" We

I have an aged and diseased huge avocado tree, an extremely tall norfolk pine, and a very old bottle brush tree that needs proper trimming.
Rick was very knowledgeable about agriculture and the specific problems my trees were exhibiting . I was very impressed with his ability to explain in laymans terms what needed to be done for the health of my trees. I am a tree lover and I wanted what was best for not only the trees but also for the environment. When the team came to do the work they were professional and CLEAN!
