Poquoson Home Repair & Remodeling is locally owned and operated by Brad Phipps. Brad is licensed and insured. He completes home repairs and remodeling projects within the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Brad has lived in Poquoson, Virginia, since he was 5 years old. Brad started renovating homes in 1998 when he bought his first challenge: everything from structural damage to completely changing floor plans.
Although the company was not official until 2007, thirteen years of experience has proven to mold him into an excellent craftsman and has provided wonderful word-of-mouth referrals. Brad didn't skimp on the small stuff and [always] listened to my concerns with an open mind. He sometimes let me know that what I wanted wasn't in my best interest, but was willing to do it if that's what I wanted. Of course I listened to him and avoided things that would have resulted in a less than perfect floor!
