Since 1978 the Zach family has been helping local families dream about and design their kitchens. In 1978 our founder, Ed Zach, began selling quality kitchen materials to contractors from a mobile office in his car. By May of 1979, Ed expanded the E-Z Kitchens operation by opening a physical store on South Burlington Avenue in Hastings, Nebraska.
