Horrible experience! Salesman was good at his job said all the right things about professionalism and getting the job done right. Even said “we’re not just picking workers up at Home Depot, these are experienced professionals.” The reviews were great. Worker shows up in a beat up SUV pulling a trailer and backed into my downspout. Hops out with his wife with him to demo my bathroom. Complains to my wife about how he should have billed Majestic more and this was HIS FIRST TIME DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. He says he bid on the project and seen pics online that we’re misleading. He damaged drywall

I shopped around for a long time until my friend recommended Majestic Bath Solutions to me. The estimator was prompt and listened to what I wanted done. He didn't push me to purchase something I didn't want or need. The installers were on time and very polite. I am very satisfied with my new walk in shower with handicap accessibility.
