.....In the spring of 2016, I wanted to have a fence installed for my dog, as I was searching for a decent quality " fence installing company", and I am very sorry that I made the mistake of contacting this "family owned" fence company, that not only tried to overcharge me lots of money ($14,000 for a small backyard fence), but did not even do a proper estimate that most contractors do with a "meter wheel", this is a device that is used to accurately measure your property, where you want the fence to cover, so that you get a honest estimate. The owner of this company just casually walked around

Went there for sun shades-roof ,Well they said they going to sent someone home to check it out for the measurement but they never came or call which is so disappointing because the guy who works there don’t even taking it seriously & so unprofessional they are on their phones & trynna hurry’s us up🙄.

Needed chain link fabric replaced and called Arrow. They were out to measure right away, and I had my estimate the next day....Very reasonable, as I made changes to the existing fence, replacing 10 ft. of fencing with a double gate. They installed within the timeframe they gave me, and did an excellent job. Jason and everyone working with him were great! I have recommended to neighbors because they were impressed. My yard was not an easy task.

Everything they did was perfect. Amazing help from their installers and offered every option to make my fence exactly as I wanted it. They spared no expense to give me what I needed. No other company could offer what they did and they stood by they word. I would never choose any other company over arrow. Such a great experience. More than 5 stars in my opinion

After adopting a new puppy, we knew we needed a fenced yard. We called several contractors, and Jeff at Arrow Fence came out right away to give us an estimate. He advised us that it would be about three to six weeks before they could install. In less than two weeks, we got the call that they were ready to start! We now have a wonderful chain link fence where our pup can safely play to his heart's content. We are so glad we chose Arrow Fence, and we would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality fence installed by friendly professionals.

On 17 August arrow fence came out to survey our property, it went well and Ryan was very helpful on where best to place the fence.
I was sent a proposal from Ryan an employee of Arrow fence on the 20th. I was told it would be about five weeks for the supplies to arrive and for instillation to begin, which is understandable. So, I excitedly marked my calendar and paid arrow fence in full on August 20 hoping that it would lead to a quick installation.
That was not the case, it took nine weeks for the fence to begin to be installed. Dallas and Adrian came out to install the posts. By October 28th

Arrow Fence really hit the bullseye!
From the beginning with receiving our quote to the last picket going up, everyone was extremely professional. Becky in the office never got tired of my questions and always kept me up-to-date. Both teams that came out to do the work were very detailed and cleaned up after themselves. I have a beautiful cedar picket fence and now my dogs and children can run around the backyard!
My point is there was no drawback in using Arrow, I never had a quiver about using them and would use them again!

I was seriously considering arrow fence for a rather large job. The salesman seemed to just want to get the estimate done and get his weekend started. He was to send the estimate by email. Never received it. He repeated several times "we are backed up 3-4 weeks because we are good. After seeing their ratings I don't think so! OH YES, HE NEVER GAVE ME HIS BUSSINESS CARD!

The Bowser family has been in business in The Fort for decades. I value their honest and reputable approach to serving their customers. Many years ago their Dogwatch techs installed our underground fence. That was a very nice experience and they took the time to assure that we knew how to properly introduce our dog to the fence. Today, I called with questions about how to reconfigure the underground fence. The young lady looked up our records and gave professional advice on a very pleasant manner. These are good people.
