Really happy with how my house turned out. I had a sudden crazy idea to surprise my husband with a painted home when he arrived back from travel. Lozano Bros came and Alberto explained exactly all the prep they do before painting. My house got the royal treatment! They power washed, filled holes, caulked windows, and covered everything that was not to be painted and conditioned primed the walls. The house looks great and I look forward to getting my fence painted in the future.
