Our first experience with the material Vinyl was back int he 1980's with Vinyl Windows. As a General Contractor we were doing remodeling and one day we were tearing down a termite infested patio cover and a realtor said we could build a Patio Cover in that same beautiful material as those windows - you would really have a Home Run!

Bought a vinyl gate and fence. Plus more vinyl items. I had problems with some of my gate latches. Good Luck getting them to come back and fix it. Called in the past and no one called me back or followed though with my complaint about doors not closing properly (hinge /latches). Bad customer service. It looks nice but not responding when you have issues with a brand new purchase is Unacceptable. The good part was the Sales person I had, he was professional. The installer was very nice as well. When someone spends $5000 your Vinyl, standby your product and make it right quickly if you installed

Company representative, Kyle came over last Tuesday to measure two side fences and stated I would receive an e-mail estimate within a couple days. Well, I texted the same guy a few days ago to update me since I never received any correspondence. and now it's been 6 days and still no contract estimate. Guess the company doesn't want my business. So called today, and was told the manager contacted Kyle to send me the info. Then proceeded to say, unless I receive the requested estimate by e-mail by this afternoon, I'll select another company to conduct business with.

Purchased a vinyl topper from Home Team Fencing. They were very responsive throughout the process. Competitive pricing compared to other quotes. Installer (Carlos) showed up and quickly realized the vinyl was not cut to the correct size. He explained everything to us and promised to correct the mistake and install the next day. Carlos showed up the next day with the correct product and finished the install. Everything looks great! Very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

The home we just purchased had worn out wood gates inside block walls. We knew we needed an upgrade and ultimately decided on vinyl because of the sharp look and low maintenance. I contacted 3 companies to provide a quote. Home Team sent out Tony to measure and provide a price. Tony was really cool and was very knowledgeable. He provided a price for the gates and also a wall topper. I liked Tony a lot and his price was fair. We were told up front it would take several weeks to get the materials and that wasn't an issue for me.

We had Home Team come out and give us an estimate. The guy really knew his business and was upfront and honest about his evaluation of our patio cover and I really respect that from a vendor. In the end, their products were not a good fit for our house but I highly recommend giving these guys a look.

Originally, I issued a 1 star last month. Had an appt, but the consultant never showed up. Called and spoke with the schedule coordinator, but he had me down for a different date (which explains the no-show). obviously, i was upset as i had taken the day off work and it was an administrative error on their end.

We recently had a second project completed by Finyl Vinyl which is now Home Team Fencing and we were extremely happy with the level of professionalism! They did an excellent job on our side fence that runs the entire length of the property.They finished the job in a timely fashion and they were very neat! When the job was completed, I received a phone call that late afternoon asking if I was satisfied with my job and that was really nice! Home team fencing did a great job on a repair to an existing vinyl fence. The lady who coordinated was so kind (I believe her name is Monse) and was able to schedule quickly. Mike showed up on a weekend and was polite and professional. He had a sound and easy to understand knowledge of Vinyl Fencing and laid out a well drawn and thought out plan. The 2 key factors for choosing them was 1/ Professional approach. Others I had round to view were rather rude and arrogant. 2/ Pricing - Their pricing was better than the others, coupled with an appreciative military discount. I have to wait about 4-5 weeks which is standard and not a problem. I will update then with how the job went but so far so good. I would recommend them over others in the South Bay by a country mile.

Horrible company! I went to Home Depot to get a quote for vinyl fence and was referred to Home Team Fencing back in Jul 2020. The contract stated that the service will be performed in 30 days. The salesperson mentioned that it will might take 60 days due to Covid which was understandable.
60 days came and was told the fence is not ready. They said their manufacturer is behind. I waited another month and they still could not give me a date of when my fence will be installed. I told them I waited long enough and would like to cancel my order but they refused to give me my $2400 deposit back.

Amazing work from this company ! We got our inside top fences done and they came out really great. Maria was very nice and schedule a timely appointment for us . Ulysses Chris and Luis did an amazing job with our backyard just in time for a small gathering we had . They are very efficient and professional . Come 11/5: our install team Miguel and Edgar arrives a few minutes prior to 7:30AM (even though the confirmation text said 8AM-10AM) with a box of chocolate and descent apology note from Hina and start the job. Home Team wanted 50% of money up-front, before they even started the job. (1 month in advance). I offered to give them a cc to hold the $, or when they drop off the materials, but nope they wanted cash. I've been taken like this in the past, and won't do this again. I would not recommend doing business that wants money up front

Got an estimate paid half appointment was set up then got a call the day before installation this was in October so told me they didn't have all the materials so they had to cancel the install and would call once they have the materials. Well never got that call I had to call to see what the status and still no materials well the screws to put the fence together wow no screws unbelievable gave them another 3 weeks still nothing. These people are lame oh and they want to charge me a restocking fee for the materials that they don't have what a rip off. DON'T USE THIS LAME COMPANY.....

Final Vinyl did an awesome job on our project! We had them do two side gates and they didn't settle until everything was Perfect and as we hoped for! The person who designed the gates, included posts that were unnecessarily wide and would have limited functionality, and Carlos and Final Vinyl were happy to re-do the gates to have them re-worked. Carlos was courteous and did a great job! We are really pleased with the results!

Update: Was hoping i could update this to a positive review after getting the gates installed, but nope, they installed the wrong gate.
So Perez came to install my two gates this past Saturday. They were scheduled to arrive between 8 and 10. They showed up at 7:30. We werent ready because they were early but whatever, much rather have them show up early then not show up like last time. Perez was actually really great to work with and extremely friendly.
However, at the end of the day, the gate we had agreed upon was not installed. The reason i wanted to install these new gates was to increase

This company is really wonderful to work with it. They are very courteous, efficient and responsive to their customer’s needs. Their products are very reasonably priced and great. The only reason I gave 4 stars only is because they forgot to put a knob with lock but still the latch they used was nice. Carlos, the installer was so professional and very patient and not hurried to finish the job. I will not hesitate to use their services again and recommend them too.
