Just started the project of replacing the floors in our common areas. Kitchen was room #1! The customer service was great. They were very flexible and accommodating to my husband and I’s schedule. They were super quick with getting our materials in and our installation scheduled! Installation went smooth and they were very efficient! Would definitely recommend them for any flooring needs!

My bathroom floor had water damage and Premiere Carpets assured me they could repair it. My bathroom is tiny. They gave me an estimate of approx $1000 to remove and replace the damaged wood, and for new linoleum, to which I agreed. However, all they did was put a couple of pieces of plywood on top of the damaged wood. They still billed me the full estimate amount. They also tried to charge me for new shoe molding, even though it was the original shoe molding. My bathroom floor creaks now, because of the plywood, and it didn’t creak at all before. I have owned a townhouse in Goldsboro for nearly 40 years. I have used Premiere Carpets every time I have replaced my carpeting, as it now is a rental property.
Chuck and his people have been phenomenal. They have gone above and beyond to ensure me and my tenants are happy with both the product and the installation.
Most recently, there was damage to trim wood & he had his people replace the trim wood and repaint it all as part of their service. Absolutely wonderful.

These folks are great! They take a lot of pride in what they do and it shows. Their employees are kind and respectful. They put our furniture right back where it was when they started and even plugged back in the electronics that they had to move to install the carpet. We're very happy with our new carpet and would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of flooring.

I must say, that this was an experienced that my wife an I enjoyed. We went into the store and talked with a sweet lady, (pretty red hair) an i can't even think of her name at this moment.
She was so down to earth and helpful. This place has an enormous amount of selections to choose from, pertaining to your carpet and hardwood floor needs.
Chuck came out an gave us measurements so we would know what we'd be paying.
I'd highly recommend this place!!!

Stay as far away from this place as possible!! Completely incompetent and unprofessional. They installed our flooring and had to come back and redo it 3 more times because it kept coming apart. On the last trip, the "installers" destroyed our baseboards and shoe molding. Premiere ,or rather the manager Chuck, refused to take responsibility for it claiming he had already been to my house too many times and was losing money. We had it fixed and presented them the bill and has still not been taken care of. It will now come out of my pocket. Never again will I give them any business!
