The best furniture store in McAllen, TX ! Great Service, I bad credit and their selective credit partners approved me the same day! got there by 11am left at 1pm and by 7pm I had new living room, dinning set and living room at my house!

This is a small place with very reasonable competitive prices . My sales person was very Friendly, courteous, and informative. They have very good prices on bedroom sets.

What can I say but Amazing service with Friendly staff. I went to a competitor first and they wanted more than 50 percent down. I was just passing by Ramirez and just stopped to look, but ended up getting something even better for lower price. I personally recommend. Yesenia credit rep is amazing. If there was an option of 0 stars or negative I'd choose that. Worst customer service ever stood around waiting for someone to help me for 30 minutes. Delivered wrong furniture and when I asked about box beds they said "regardless of who you are we don't have any" a simple "we don't have any at the moment" would of been fine THANKS. Also feel like all the 5 stars are probably from employees because who would give this place that many stars. "Higher positions" in this store need to work on their customer service and help out the associates who are already working with someone else. Just because
