Reached out several times for help with major home renovation. I can totally appreciate if project size is too small or busy until X time, but to entirely ignore potential customers is unprofessional.

Don't bother. they seem to only be interested in new builds. no responses, or even acknowledgement for addition/complete remodel that is over a $1MM job. poor service for potential customers.

Dated designs, lack of attention to details, and uptight attitude. Wouldn't recommend them for any projects.

Wondering if this place even responds to emails?? It would be nice if you guys actually respond to potential customers. A simple answer would have been nice...( I'm still waiting on a response but I guess you guys have more important things to worry about, I'm wondering if all architecture firms are unprofessional like this ).

What a way to make a customer feel as though their business is not needed or wanted. Just called to inquire about remodeling and Margaret said it sounds like we just want to remodel and that I would need to speak to the designer who's even busier than the architectural team, and that they are mainly working on new homes. Instead of sounding snotty, she could have easily just said they are at their maximum capacity at the moment for projects and can't take in anymore, I would have been fine with that.

Currently working with TRG on a complete remodel (quasi new construction) and have been very happy with the level of attention to detail, responsiveness and professionalism. Randy and his crew have been in the business for many years and it shows! Will look to post pictures/updates as our project gets under way.

After interviewing around 4 architects we decided to go with TRG, because we felt he had the best ideas of the ones we interviewed. We used Randy and Leslie to help us create architectual drawings, documents, and also do the interior design of our home. They also made some suggestions in the planning phase that ended up saving us alot of money. The construction documents were approved by the city with no changes required and the building phase went well. Also the interior design portion was well worth it, with help from Erica and Leslie we created a great space to come home to. It was a pretty

We are working with Randy Grange and his entire team at TRG to do a major remodel of our home. We enjoyed the experience so much that we recommended him to many of our friends. Our parents have also started a renovation project with TRG.

From the first time we met him, Randy has been thoughtful and generous with time and ideas and thorough in concept and execution. We interviewed other architects who wouldn't even give us their thoughts unless we paid them first. Randy and his team navigated us capably through the permit process and avoided many potential pitfalls.
