Conlon Landscaping did an AMAZING job clearing our vacant lot! They were incredibly professional, prompt and made the process so easy by dealing with the Code Enforcement Officer, getting the permit, etc. They do awesome work and I would highly recommend them for any landscaping job. This is the third time I have used this company for lot work and they NEVER disappoint!

We had a 5 acre lot in Vero Beach. Literally you could not see more than 10 feet inside. We hired Conlon at a very reasonable price, to clear and within 2 weeks they cleared it, except for the palms and oaks, and within a week we received an offer to buy. They are great!

When my undeveloped lot in Florida was cited by the city for violations and I was unable to attend to same myself, as I was abroad on international duty, I began to wonder how I would be able to rectify same in the soonest time to avoid penalties.
I had a list of several companies to choose from but my gut instincts told me to stick with this company and I must say, I was not disappointed.

Living in Michigan it’s hard finding a good company to do a job and not have to worry if it will be done correctly. Absolutely a great company. I used their services in May of 2018 for full lot clean up and again in October 2019 for maintenance clean up. I could not have been happier when the work that was done. Bettina is amazing to work with. Everything she said would be done was in very timely manner. This also included the complaint paper work with the county. Also send pictures too. I would highly recommend Colon Landscaping. I will continue to use them as long as I own the lot. Big thank
