I did a lot of homework before I finally got my living room floor done. I seen all the good reviews for Majestic and I took a chance. Could not be happier. It looks great all the work was done to my specifications and beyond. Wally was professional and organized and his crew was done in a timely manner. In the last few years I have not recommended anyone until now. I would use them again for any of my flooring needs.

Company is very knowledgeable! Although our carpet area was measured short, they were quick to order the extra materials and finish the installation. Other than that the experience was great! A+ service. Wally came out on a Saturday to take measurements and give me a quote and beat every other carpet service - we scheduled service that day and came out a week later to install. Installers were professional, friendly, and fast. I had two rooms and a hallway done and I had even asked them to install some closet door hardware that I had purchased and they happily obliged. Wally and his crew are very professional. Wally initially came to the house with all the samples in hand. We kinda of knew what we wanted and Wally helped us make our final decision. We scheduled the installation and when the day came his crew was right on time.
They worked non-stop and finished on schedule. We couldn't be more pleased. The floor looks absolutely beautiful.

I purchased vinyl wood flooring and carpeting from Majestic in Orland Park. The sales representative was Wally Rafati. Wally is a very nice and kind person. Although he was professional, he seemed like a family member. Before his visit, he inquired about what I was looking for and explained what was entailed in the visit. On the day of the visit. He did exactly what he had explained to me previously. He had plenty of samples to show. He went over all of the details of the products. He did not try to railroad me into paying some astronomical price, like Luna flooring's representative did.

We needed flooring and a quote fast as we wanted to have flooring done for a party we were having. Wally came the next day and provided us with samples and information about the different options to meet our needs in the price range we could afford. He was very accommodating and understanding! He even offered to carpet the stairs and pull up the carpet before the party as they couldn't install the new flooring before party (which was my fault for waiting till last min) but offering to carpet the stairs for safety purposes was going above and beyond in my opinion. We decided to go with carpet
