Using AEG will be your worst decision ever, unless of course you want to get screwed.
I do not understand how this company got any decent reviews from any real customer.
We were assured by Adam that all work would be done by his own men and only electrical and plumbing were subcontracted.
This is a lie, every last bit of work was subcontracted and every last bit of work and product used is substandard.
Job was supposed to take 5 months, job took 11 months.
Roof leaks, was not vented, roof boards popping up and needs to be replaced.

We hired AEG after a fire and they handled everything. We had siding and windows replaced, cement walkway and vent added to the foundation done. The fence was also replaced. The work was excellent and many neighbors have commented on the great job. Adam stayed on top of everything even through the covid shutdown. He was professional and answered every question and text promptly. I can not say enough about AEG and HIGHLY recommend.

AEG’s whole crew did a great job cleaning up the water that had partially flooded my basement and finished lower level area. The crew was very receptive of my concerns about “cutting” too much out (drywall, carpet, trim, etc.) until we saw if the machines they had brought over would dry out the space. After running 15 plus machines for 2 days (fans, blowers, dehumidifiers) the area was re-tested and came back as being “dry”. Thanks again for a great job done.

Worst company ever, avoid at all cost the owner is rude and cursed at me. Because he was asked about the quality of his companies work. They did half the job after a fire in my house. It took over a year for them to complete. It was a 2 month job tops. Most of the days the workers didn’t even work on the house for weeks at a time. The job was poorly done walls was painted where you can see the old color paint through it. Wall switch covers was taken off and never replaced. They left half the basement completely dug up with dirt with the ground open. A year later they still haven’t completed

Dealing with a flooded basement is never a pleasant experience. Jeremy’s crew from AEG Restoration did everything in their power to keep the water at bay. They were kind, caring and hard workers. We aren’t finished with our restoration, but with the help of Adam and Stacey, we are on the road to recovery. We would highly recommend AEG when disaster strikes!

Terrible. I had to do a complete gut & remodel of the top floor of my townhouse due to an extremely leaky roof. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living/dining room & kitchen.
Went through my insurance company. Was recommended to AEG by my INDEPENDENT Insurance Adjuster (which in hindsight was a huge red flag-NEVER do this).
Very shady business practices on AEG's part. 1. They subcontract their work (Adding unnecessary cost to the home owner). 2. They tried to force me to use substandard materials from what I previously had in my home even though my insurance entitled me to materials of equal

At first I believed this company was a godsend but after the work was supposedly done and there is no more money from the insurance agency....I can no longer get anyone to come back or just even answer or return our calls! Our fire was about 2 years ago and we should not be having the problems we are having (floor tiles lifting, shoddy roof work, a kitchen window that was installed improperly and has never stayed open on its own, a BRAND NEW central heating and cooling system that has been giving us trouble almost from the start...to name a few) but no one has the decency to answer their phone
