All I can say about Timberland Contractors team is that they are amazing! My husband and I had done a lot of trial and error when it came to building a home and did a lot of shopping as well. We spoke with a lot of contractors and saw a lot more homes. Then, we walked into my first Timberland model home, (which is the style and design that we chose for our own home), I never grasped the feeling of home.

On emergency items, please contact the subcontractor from your vendor list from your closing package directly.
Yes, we can build on your lot or ours. We review any of your lot builds on a case-by-case basis. There are many factors that help determine if it would be a suitable build for Timberland. Some of the factors are: lot location and conditions, Floor Plan desired, amenities and price, and our overall work volume and number of presale contracts for customers already on the schedule.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Avoid them at all costs. They are the most unprofessional contractors I have ever dealt with. All of our neighbors have the same issues as well. Poor craftsmanship and they don’t do any of the warranty repairs you file after you close on your house. It’s pathetic how these people treat us and all our neighbors who have issues. They basically laugh at us when we ask to fix them and even accuse us of being the ones who did the damage when it was OBVIOUSLY installed wrong. Be ready to go to small claims court if you buy a house from them.

Oddly enough, after filing my negative reviews on Google, Facebook and Yelp! the county supervisor received an "anonymous" complaint on his direct line about permitting issues. It seems the random complainant had researched the permitting status of all of our accessory buildings, sheds, etc. and included the details in the complaint along with information suspiciously more in depth than what a lay person (or neighbor) would know.
