Firstly, this company ignores all COVID19 distancing rules and regulations. I hired Big O because of good reviews. I found them to be petulant, immature and extremely foul mouthed. They left suddenly without notice with my stuff. I called to say they had forgotten things and they were short with answers and wouldn't come back. Finally after a near physical confrontation in front of my aged parents, 50% of which my fault, Big O threatened to hold my stuff. They left my couch in my neighbors' yard! Wouldn't retrieve it because he said it was trash. It retails for over $2K. Several

Very friendly but always seemed to be in a rush. Moved too fast, threw my stuff around...broke my dresser and bookcases. (They blamed it on being cheap furniture.) Scratched the floor in my new house pretty badly. Quickly unloaded the truck at my new house and put boxes pretty much anywhere...now that I'm unpacking I have yet to find the box with all of my pots and pans. Overall pretty disappointed with my experience and will not be recommending them to anyone.

If I could give them zero stars I would. First they miscalculated on the truck size I would need. They broke my grandmothers corner cabinet and didn't return the broken piece until after I said I just wanted it back, I wasn't going to sue. Then instead of delivering the piece my son had to go pick it up at a storage company in the country. And they made no offer to fix it. Pitiful service.
