Zach was ahead of schedule with a phone calls for a heads up which is nice! Worked quickly hauling a ladder around and able to navigate all our obstacles in our yard. Came in well under the quote which was already entirely reasonable enough so I didn't have to climb up to my own roof. Thanks so much!

Wood's cleaning did such a wonderful job on our stained floor grout and tile 1200 sq. ft. that my wife is soooooo happy. That is what is important right? Wife is happy, I'm happy! They did a very fine and professional job. Many thanks fellas!!!

I bought my house almost two years ago and have had a list of general maintenance things on my to-do list in order to setup my baseline for each item. I was thrilled when I found Wood's Cleaning & Restoration because 1) it has great ratings and reviews and 2) they would be able to perform a number of the services on my list.
In prep for fall/winter the first items to tackle were gutter and air vent/duct cleanings. Zack came out got started right away. I'm working remotely, was on a meeting when he arrived and just about to give a presentation; Zack asked if it would be helpful to begin his work

I E-mailed; replied back within just an hour or so; phoned them; got quote; set the appointment. Very easy and quick to deal with.
Day of appointment, tech called early said he was freed up, so he came about an hour earlier as I was home. Tech did it all, went above by showing me a few things, gave me a quote that I had asked for in my initial call; and did a great job. I am very pleased.
I will probably use them for other items they do also, and Yes, I will use them again and would recommend them.

Awesome experience with Wood's Cleaning & Restoration! Called and got pricing on the spot so I didn't have to wait for a response. Scheduled a date for services w/in minutes and then received a formal pdf quote immediately following the call. When the time came for our appointment all services were provided to a very high and professional standard. The technician who took care of us was timely and considerate. He did a very detailed and thorough job of cleaning our windows, glass deck panels, sectional couch and area rug! My wife and I are super impressed with Wood's and will definitely be hiring

My rental company did not charge the fees, your company did. They gave me the exact bill they paid. Which was $300, so try again to misguide people reading this Yelp review.
I always give companies the benefit of the the doubt, but when I called your company and the person answering the phone was rude and wouldn't even let me talk to the manager or owner, there is now excuse. Only after leaving bad reviews did you call and try to make thing better and offer me a partial refund. Only to find out I can't be bought!!!
Just a horrible company with poor customer service is all you guys are
