This company was appointed by the insurance company to do a "make safe" after the storms last week. They arranged to attend my home on tuesday afternoon ,so I rearranged my work to cater to them. At 11.48 received an SMS to say a guy would be arriving in 26 minutes .Waited until 1.30 pm and tried to ring them .No answer. Rang again at 2.30 pm .No answer. At 3.05 pm received an sms to say the guy had gone to a different job and would come tomorrow some time!!Today at 11.09am received an sms saying the roofer would arrive in 23 minutes which was confirmed by a phone call from their office. Waited

He helped us through the stressful process of dealing with the insurance to repair our roof. He kept us in the loop at all… times. Junior was quick to call us back when we left a message. He was great at coordinating the job between us, our insurance company and his cocompany. Great job Junior.

I Had our Roof replaced in 2011 after the hail storm damage that hit the valley. The did a good job. However when I called back for some leaking we were having they were prompt to send an estimator out. However, be cause it was so small repairs they just didn't seem interested in helping me. I emailed the paperwork they sent me right back and they never bothered to respond back. I then called and she assured me that I would be contacted back. Again I never heard anything back. Don't recommend, the roof on the house we bought was done new back in 2007 by this company, we bought it in 2011 and have had many many leaks over the years. Back few years ago, before their 10 year warranty expired, we contacted them about it to see if their warranty would cover fixes and were told the warranty only covers "limited workmanship" whatever that means. So apparently these roofs are not meant to last more than maybe 5 years? Anyway, the leaks started not more than 5 years after the new roof was put in, so I would guess something was not done right?

I bought a house and the previous owner agreed to put a new roof on it as part of the deal. She went with C&N Roofing to do the job. Less than a year later the roof leaked at two places near attic vents.
I called them up fighting the roof was under warranty. I was shocked to hear that they would not repair it unless I paid a warranty transfer fee of over $300.
Whether you agree that C&N Roofing was justified in the fee or not, the fact is that they did a shoddy job that didn't even last a year and they refuse to stand by their work.

I gave them a rave review on FB but now need to find a roofing company than can complete the work and bring me up to code. I paid the balance before the work was done and they never came out to inspect. I truly liked the salesman, Beau, and trusted and believed him. He is very convincing and seems as if he is genuinely concerned and sincerely cares. I have called, e-mailed, begged...once they got their $$ they just don't care.

After getting the run around from another recommended roofing company I received a quote from C&N Roofing for my patio roof and inspection of my main roof. The team was great. They didn't try to push a new roof on us which was not needed. They gave us options for the patio roof which we knew needed repairs. Communication was great, pricing was fair, the job was scheduled on a timely manner and the workers showed up on time! During the work they showed me what they were doing before, during and after. I had my roof done in 2011, it is a tile roof that was damaged from a hail storm and it had developed some leaks. The guys from c&n were great to deal with. Their estimate was the same or lower than the three other companies I had called, and they were willing to get a special synthetic underlayment that I had requested. the repairs were completed quickly, overall my experience with them on the initial visit was excellent.
