Excellent service. Gave us a beautiful, quiet door that fit with our current set up and now we can have package deliveries and get in/out of our alley garage easily! (Common East Sacramento set up w detached garage opening into alley). Husband so excited to easily park now and nice to feel fully secure. They responded quickly and did the work within a few days.

The gate caused me many problems until I decided to fix it before it's too late, so I called this company and technician named Adrian arrived. He diagnosed the problem and decided that just needed to replace the chain and do adjustments & tune-up. Now the gate is working fine and the only thing I regret is that I did not called them sooner!

As much as I would like to give a higher rating for this business. I cannot in good faith give ratings for services not rendered. So I will give them the review from what we did get from this company.
We had this company come and repair our doors from a butchered locksmith incident, and quote us a new price on the doors. So our office impressed by the work of the staff (Even though they were two hours late to the repair. We won't hold that against them cause it was a Saturday.) our office decided to go with them to our new doors replaced.

Service technician ( Chris) was very courteous and professional . He made sure to explain repair steps thoroughly and the cost. He was even ready for the extra job of installing a door opener that we requested, and was flexible to have done on same visit.

Jeff showed up do give an estimate. Immediately knew what the problem was with our door opener. The motor was shot and we needed a new one which we already figured. I asked when could he install the new unit and he replied "right now if you want". I was really happy since manually opening the door every time sucks. Started just parking in the driveway. Jeff had it up and running in about an hour after arriving. Great service!

This company is fabulous! I have had two emergencies with broken garage doors. They had someone arrive quickly... I thought I'd ruined and crushed the entire door! They asked for photos and sent someone first thing in the am ... our technician was amazing. Quickly identified what needed to be done. He was knowledgeable and was able to clearly explain what was needed to get my doors fixed. I am soo happy...he was efficient, able to get parts with in hours and have everything fixed and running perfectly that day! Thank you so much for such great service!!

Great service! Received a same-day appointment with a two-hour appointment window to replace a broken two-car garage door spring. Tech Chris called 20 minutes before arrival. He discussed all of the options for my repair and did a great job, finishing within about an hour. He even checked all of the other parts on the door and lubed all of the moving parts.

My garage door was off track due to me leaving something in the way when closing it. I called my usual repair company but he was out of town and it was an emergency, as we could not close the door. I had to leave for work so my wife made some calls while I was gone and she received a quote of $139.00 from Sacs Door & Gate after she described the problem. She agreed and a service person came out to repair the door, never saying anything other than the original quote.
