We hired this company to replace all of the plywood and put on a new roof a year ago. Within a month part of the ridge line had developed a hole. The company sent two men out to replace it. They used different colored shingles and the ridge line is crooked. Fast forward one year and parts of the roof are collapsing and other parts that were not nailed down properly have begun to bow up. We notified the company in May. It took the owner three weeks to come look at it. The owner, Mike, wanted to patch it. My husband said we paid for a new roof, not a patch job. We have not heard from Mike since.

I recently had the roof replaced by C and M construction co on a rental property in ocean view DE. They did a great job I was there watching them from start to finish, they were so meticulous in preparing the roof, installing the shingles, skylights, all trim etc and most importantly in cleaning the whole area at the end. Great professionals and quality work at a reasonable price. I recommend this company without any hesitation !

Communication is not great! All through the roofing process there was no Communication. One of the roofers stepped through our roof and into our master bedroom closet. Never mentioned this happened. Went into our closet and insulation was all over the place and a foot size hole in our ceiling. They came back to do the repair but not when they said then showed up early without a notice. Communication??? They also forgot to caulk our roof vents and we had a roof leak. They painted kilz and now our ceiling needs repainting.

Needed a minor repair to my roof and this is a company with a relationship to my HOA. If you have a similar situation, beware of the consequences. They rescheduled the work without my knowledge, showed up and completed it while I was out of town, and then sent me an invoice that I did not receive the first time so they proceeded to charge a late fee. This review really is pertaining to the service level, or lack there of, that I received, and not necessarily the repair. They were professional and went right to work . it only took eleven hours for them to replace our roof. 8 hours the first day and 3 hours the second day. We are very happy with how our roof looks. We would recommend them to everyone.

Originally contacted this company on August 15, 2019 for an estimate to reaffix three shingles that had come off the roof. They stated they would be out the next day to give an estimate. Contacted them AGAIN on August 22, 2019 because no one had contacted us despite the previous promise to come out the very next day. We received an estimate of $(enter outrageous quote here) to hammer down three shingles which are down near the gutterline. We purchased a house in Lewes that needed a new roof. The lender and the insurance company wanted the new roof installed immediately, at soon as the house closed. We live far away so we had to interact with the roofing companies from across the country. The seller's realtor sent a quote. We spoke to the contractor. Just unimpressed.
