They seem like a shady company to me. They changed the terms of the contract on me mid year. When I tried to cancel they claim I needed to provide 15 days notice. I would not use them. As for their service they tend to mow the day after heavy rains even though they say that they will not do that. That tends to leave clumps of grass in the yard and an occasional rut in the yard from the large mowers they use.

Used them for 2 years, but looking for a new company now. Viana is priced better than competitors, but they also offer fewer services. They do a good job if you're just looking for mowing and edging. They don't have automated payments or communicate if they're going to be late due to weather. And we couldn't change or add an additional service like weeding once the season started.

Just cancelled my service. This was my 2nd yr with Viana. Last year was great at the beginning. I had to ask them for a lower cut once and they complied because my lawn would be cut and still be longer than my neighbors. They also did not secure the gate twice and my dogs got out but were always apologetic with great customer service......last year.
Cut to this year, May 2019. I emailed to request a lower mow, same problem of lawn being longer than the non-cut neighbors so I couldn't tell it was mowed. I am not a stickler about my yard, just want it cut short. Also amicably asked

This company tried to Bill me for mowing that did not happen. They basically told me I was lying because the "crew" told them that they mowed. I know when my lawn has been mowed and it was NEVER touched. I have a trampoline in the back yard that was never moved and the grass was a different color underneath it because they were never there.
Absolutely no edging or mowing ever took place at my home and then they have the audacity to bill me. Their "crew" isn't doing the work and the office people treat the customers terribly.

If you just need a mowing service Viana is excellent. They do a fantastic job. The reason I give them 1 star is that they offer other services such as mulching, landscaping, etc. but are unable to actually perform theses services. Rather than stop offering the service, they instead say "it's on our schedule and should happen on Saturday". I waited 5 months for an estimate on mulching and finally canceled my contract with them today when they said, "..it's on the schedule and the soonest we can complete the estimate is Saturday" (for the 6th time)...

As soon as spring started, they came in and gave us an estimate for mulch and trimming, we asked to do some extra things and they sent someone and emailed us an estimate. We didn't even negotiate and told them to move forward with it. It's been 2 months or more and they still haven't done the work. We called and called to follow up. They kept saying its in their schedule but nothing got done.
We called again and Now they tell us the estimate was wrong and they want more money to consider doing it.
