Not sure why review got cut off...
My issue is customer service. Called and told them I would pick up car at noon. Person working service pointed me were to pay for repairs. Cashier handed me keys and I went back to service area to get car. Asked same person were car was and was told in north parking lot as he pointed out directions and went back to typing. I started walking to car over a parking lot with inches of packed ice before two people came out of back building (were one offered to get car for me).
My point is I shouldn't have had to fetch my own car. Especially over an icy

This place is ok. They check for a couple noises one noise was links and the other what sounded like it was coming from the tire area they couldn't find it. Well I took it to a different dealership and it was front break calipers and needed an alignment front rotors turned and new tires. If you take tires off a car and inspect it how do you not notice that a car needs calipers rotors turned and new tires?! Won't be going here anymore I will drive a hour away for maintenance on my car!

I want to acknowledge the work that the body shop team did this week on the drivers side mirror and roofline due to a construction fence being blown over on my new 2017 Fusion.
I also appreciate setting up the car rental through your dealership. This made it seamless to access a replacement vehicle that met my needs this week.
In my 46 years of driving, I've only had a couple of body shop repairs. My concerns were always paint matching and overspray. Certainly not an issue here as the car looks like new (as it should with only about 3,000 miles on it). Thank You.
