Torch Architecture, Inc was founded upon the idea that ownership working directly with our clients in all phases of all projects will bring value to our clients' projects that they are not likely to see elsewhere. Owners Rob Costello and Tory Hannan, with over 30 years in the industry, are actively involved in every aspect of all projects at Torch.

We provide a full range of architectural services from pre-design through construction, including programming, budgeting, 3D renderings, bidding assistance and construction observation.

Our practice is focused on the commercial market sector in a variety of categories including retail, food service, office, medical office, educational, religious, and municipal project types from landlord work and interior build outs to renovation, additions, and new construction.In addition to our commercial focus, we provide services for residential renovation and new construction projects.

I reached out to the owner of the company Tory for a residential design a room remodel project. We spoke on the phone briefly and I followed up with two emails with copies of my survey for my property he never responded back even after I asked him are you receiving my emails. Almost a month later because associate Tim emailed me wanting to meet me. Needless to say I passed
