Critical: Responsiveness
Paid and received a complete upgrade on my entire HVAC system. Got it done quickly, and works great. The few items that need to be completed never have been completed, even after many many requests to come, no return call and will not complete the job. Never will use them again!!!!! Very poor return service,

Within minutes of posting a desperate plea on Facebook for someone to come put freon in my unit, Nick Larocca sent me a message saying he would come. I didn’t know him, but many of my friends do and tagged him on my post. He came very quickly late in the evening. He had to wait for my unit to thaw out so he left and returned in the middle of the night to finish the job. He came at 1am!! He refused to let my 2 babies, 14 months and 4 months old, go through the night without cool air! This company will be my first call when I need A/C work!

Took multiple trys to get a simple job done yet had constant customer service issues and very rude. damages to home and workers made a racial joke to a family member as if it were funny. showed up later than scheduled worst experience ever. hire a real professional!
