Trying to get in touch with plumbers, in general, is a challenge, trying to get them to follow-up and commit to a project - impossible? I called WCP to get a quote on replacing my already-broken water heater - the woman said she'd have someone get back to me that day - yet I never heard back. 24 hours later, I called back and finally after a few back and forths had a confirmed appt for that afternoon to get a quote. The guys that showed up were nice enough, they took a cursory look at my basement and I explained that I was interested in installing an electric on-deman water heater and had a unit
