I have worked with Dunlap Construction as an independent estimator for almost four years. During that time I have had the opportunity to see how the family owned company works to develop relationships with owners, architects and subcontractors while completing all types of construction projects. The office and field personnel are professional and strive to make their projects a good experience for all concerned. Dunlap Construction completed home modifications for my family following my husband’s spinal cord injury. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable about modifications to make our home wheel chair accessible and safe for my husband, but due to our situation they volunteered their services. They even came out immediately (within an hour of being notified) to complete the job when my husband ended up getting discharged early from the hospital. Dunlap Construction provides professional, high quality work while caring for their consumers and giving back to others in the community! I highly recommend

This company is fantastic! I was referred to Dunlap Construction last year to help remodel a large site for a dental office.
I have to say that the Dunlap team has exceeded my expectations. They are extremely reliable, honest and everyone has a very high attention to detail.

We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Dunlap Construction! They really know the buildings in Hendersonville and they explain things very clearly with you so you are pleased with the end result. Their experience and suggestions help you choose the best design. They were there when they said they would be there and Jill has bent over backwards for us for every request we have had. I highly recommend them!!

I don’t recommend hiring this company, one of their employees or the owner theirself attempted to run myself and my coworkers off the road with the company truck as we got off work. The employee wouldn’t stop though, too scared I suppose. Not safe to hire such mentally unstable and psycho people. I recommend looking elsewhere.
