Showed up on time. Communicated very well and moved a ton of stuff. Very courteous and respectful of our property. Kuno and team were awesome and did a great job moving a 3 bedroom house with a full gym garage set with a bball court from Antioch to Oakley. I highly recommended these folks! Great job and we are very thankful for your help.

Similar to other reviewers, I've used 680 Movers twice in the past two years. First to move us from a PODS unit to our apartment, then earlier this month from our apartment (and storage unit) to our new home. I was impressed the first time - but they really cemented my confidence this past time. Crew was extremely careful, respectful of my belogings and very communicative. They worked efficiently and got our massive move done in a great timeframe. I'm not planning to move anytime soon - but will not hesitate to recommend 680 Movers to anybody else considering a move. Can't go wrong with them!

I hired 680 Movers on the recommendation of the Manager at my storage unit and their service did not disappoint. Dispatch was very responsive and professional, processing my scheduling request in accordance with my needs. The crew was on-time, efficient, friendly, and careful of my belongings - taking time to wrap furniture in blankets for long term storage. The move consisted of multiple drop-off locations and the guys took directions with ease. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

We used 680 movers because of the amount of reviews and the average 4 1/2 star rating. Plus they quoted us a reasonable price for a long distance move. We called several different moving companies and they were the friendliest and direct on the phone. We already boxed all of our house items. We hired them just to move boxes and store in their warehouse.
Pros- showed up on time, fast at wrapping household items like a big screen TV. They have a warehouse to store boxes. Will move long distance. County to county.

680 Movers does a more than exceptional job. I’ve used them twice in 2yrs and have been very impressed both times. The team that conducted my move early December was on time, extremely professional, moved fast but also were cautions of damaging furniture and walls, and wrapped all furniture nicely. I would absolutely use 680 movers in the future and I highly recommend their services for others considering a big move.

Great experience from the phone booking through to the move. The team called prior to arriving and moved all my items with care. I had no broken belongings and they ensured my items were placed in the appropriate rooms/space prior to leaving. Conscientious and easy to work with. The moving team(s) at 680 Movers were both times very professional and courteous. The first time my belongings were moved from point A to storage (point B), and then again from storage to point C. There were lots of logistics to work out and their team's knowledge of these challenges were met with sound and accurate attention to detail. They also excel when packaging items that are fragile and require special consideration. From the storage move to point C this team was so very observant that when I began to move things on my own, they immediately offered to move these items for me. I barely lifted

A wonderful experience, start to finish! Extremely professional, communicative, and punctual. A great price for the thorough service - moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom two-story house. No issues and the team came fully prepared (furniture wrapping, wardrobe boxes and tools to remove doors as needed). Will use again!

Unfortunately, after today's events, I am having to write a bad review. 14 phone calls got movers to show up at 3:30pm (when they were supposed to be there at 9am). Dispatch had to re-take my information each time and put me on hold so I could get answers. I got told that a truck broke down, they had the wrong number to call me, and then when the movers showed up they said "no, we just had an earlier job." They came in an unmarked truck, no identifying information, couldn't even tell me the name of the moving company. They just finished at 10pm tonight. And that's sadly

660movers customer service called me and apologized. Next day, they offered me a full refund and assured me on training their staff. It did take another 2 calls to actually get the full refund, but I appreciate that this company cares about the quality of service and made an effort to regain customer confidence.

Third time using 680 Movers and they were excellent as always. Showed up on time, took great care in disassembling and protecting furniture, and worked expeditiously to load, transport and unload all of our belongings.
Got bids from five other companies as well, just to keep everyone honest and to be diligent in my research, and 680 Movers again had a very competitive rate.

Zero stars. On July 10 they moved me in to my brand new condo, except they hit the fire sprinkler with my couch and flooded me out. After initially taking responsibility for destroying my home and maybe 11 to 16 others, they won't return phone calls, won't reimburse expenses and won't do anything to help me for nonreimbursable expenses like loss of work. I'm in a hotel for 3 weeks already with no end in sight, making a house payment on a house I can't live in because of them and they don't care.

I really love working with 680 movers, your company has handled my last three moves in the bay area. What I really liked about this most recent move was that the team was so kind and communicative and they were going above and beyond during the move to make sure that everything was packed well, and it was also put in the correct places once we got to our new home. The team really listened to me because I had a lot of different things that had to be packed at different times during the move, and they were respectful of that. They offered really good recommendations about different pieces of furniture

I got a call at 4:30 the night before my move that they had a truck get into an accident (sketchy) and had to re-schedule myself and another customers move. Things happen I get it but the communication and experience through out this process was more than horrendous. They have multiple trucks and I was told that all of their other morning trucks were full but we would get the first available that finished the morning

I booked a move on Yelp. I literally typed "I'd like to book this time" and they said great and asked for my phone number.
The morning of the move that had an arrival from 9-10 AM no one arrived so I called and asked for an ETA.
"You didn't leave a deposit so we didn't book it." I didn't get a sorry for the miscommunication I got a well you didn't leave a deposit.
I could've left a deposit in 15 seconds if they asked for one. So I had to switch gears and use 925 movers who arrived an hour after I inquired.

Our 680 moving team was Danny (moving lead), Santos and Andrea. We couldn't have been happier with their services and they worked so well together. Furniture was carefully wrapped, the guys moved all our items with such care. Our Peloton reached our new home perfectly. They disassembled and reassembled our bed like pros. We have the most ridiculously heavy mattresses and they brought those in like Rambo. These guys were the bomb! They made our move a breeze, stress-free and hassle-free. We are so grateful. Would most definitely rehire 680 for future moves. Thank you so much!

Used them for our move from San Ramon to Alamo. The moving team broke our kitchen table in half, and dinged a number of other items. After submitting photos of the damaged items, the customer resolution team responded that they would mail us a refund of $300 to cover the damaged items. Our total moving bill was $1300. I thought the refund amount was fair and reasonable. Items get damaged with moving and I appreciated their attempt to make sure I felt heard and compensated for my loss.
My correspondence with them regarding the refund happened

After living in my Walnut Creek townhouse for almost 30 years, I made the big move in retirement to LA. I didn't have much furniture to move (left most of it in my old place), but I did have a lot of clothes, books, equipment, electronics, barbeque grill, kitchenware, and so on to move.
