AGC/C provides benefits and business resources ranging from: networking opportunities in Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins and the Mountain Region; dynamic committees; innovative education programs; construction safety services including a CHASE Partnership Program with OSHA; advocacy at a local, state and national level and more.
Great networking opportunities occur when you join a committee - get involved and share your talent with your peers. Facilitate communication and problem-solving between the disciplines to conduct Roles and Relationships Seminar Roundtable discussions with top executives.
Establish a plan and accountability structure to enable more engagement with Associates Council and specific decision-makers among AGC members. Increase our involvement in AGC's workforce development programs/initiatives, which effectively broadens the Associates Council brand. Identify specific initiatives that will best provide opportunities for Associate Council members to connect and develop relationships with contractors.
Work together to provide a space for conversation and resources sharing for building a culture of care within large and small businesses, enhancing worker wellness and offering networking opportunities for diversity and inclusion initiatives across our industry. Now more than ever it is important that construction sites and offices across the country be welcoming and inclusive places to work.
AGC of Colorado's Specialty Contractor's Council exists to identify key issues impacting the specialty contractors, communicating and providing influence on these issues to the general and specialty contracting communities. The SCC was formed in 2005 to give specialty contractors a strong voice in the association and better serve the needs of the growing ranks of over 200 specialty contractor members.
