The management at this company are extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, went into their office to get info on my Shippment since their phone was down and my presence was immediately an inconvenience to them. Would not work with me as far as delivery options go and just couldn’t care less about customer service. This is what’s wrong with companies getting government contracts and then having no reason to treat the customer well.
