Thank you Russ for updating our house roof with shingles that match our garage that was done years ago. They updated our vent pipes, gaskets and cemented around the vents and chimney really well. Cleaned up after they were done and even went out of their way to make sure the shingles matched the house to the garbage shingles. I would do business with Russ and Northeastern Roofing again in the future. Very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Thanks Russ!!

We moved into our new home this spring and haven’t gotten any rain up until the other day. We noticed our roof was leaking pretty bad in 3 different spots. We called Russ and the crew at Northeastern. He was extremely professional and understanding. He came out himself the same day and fixed all 3 leaks. There’s not enough words to describe this man and his company. He went above and beyond and put my mind at ease. Thank you!!!!

Russ, we cannot thank you and your crew enough for fitting us into your tremendously busy schedule and so quickly too!! We didn't expect to have to replace our roof this year, but you were quick to help us out, and didn't take advantage of the fact that we were in a jam. Your price was very reasonable, and your team has been so great - they showed up on time, and they cleaned up at the end of both work days. Most importantly, they did such an excellent job with our roof, we couldn't be happier!!

I was extremely pleased with Russ and his team. They were very accommodating and professional for the entire job and went above and beyond. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions that I'm sure most people don't ask. It was an added bonus to know they are certified by the products manufacturer as well.

Fall weather and I finally decide it's time for a new roof. Russell had the best reviews so I gave him a call. That's when he hits me with reality and tells me he has a couple of weeks of work and winter's coming. He says to call around and try to find someone to beat the snow, but if I cant, call him back. Seven other roofers called - four no answer and no calls back, one answered and said he would call back but didn't, two said no "winter is coming" and they were done. Russ fit me in, and after a little trouble with the date, ALL BUSINESS. Roof went on, no problems and in mid 30 November temps
